WE WEREN'T EXPECTING THAT!!!! GIANT WATERFALL Got In Our Way - Fly Fishing The Blue Ridge Parkway

Making a trip to the mountains to hunt down some trout used to be a pretty normal thing for me in college. Getting older and obviously gaining more commitments I have not had the time to make as many trips and it’s in all honesty quite sad. This past year, 2020, I have made some life changes and things have become much better, more free time, a better job, and all of this combined means more time to spend doing the things I love doing again.

This is the first VLOG on my YouTube channel and it tells the story of how I got to where I am today from a college kid winning a film festival with industry hotshots to learning and growing to the position I hold today.

Along our journey looking for the Southern Appalachian Brook Trout, we stumble upon a waterfall that would have liked to have killed us. The journey for these brook trout in winter times is very difficult and the fish are moving slow but watch the video to see how it all unfolds and learn a little more about myself.
